I could not imagine having a better experience in finding a home than I just had because of Frank Albarado and members of your team. Frank found the perfect home for me on our second day of looking. He had listened well and knew how to match my description of what I'd like with the real thing. Frank took the utmost care with every detail of my purchase and his politeness and warmth, coupled with his desire to do his very best to help me, took away all fear of moving to a place where I only know my daughter and son-in-law. Frank connected me with financing, which took about 15 minutes to request and complete, and a home inspection service which produced a model report. His superior negotiation skills obtained the lowest price possible on my purchase and every last thing fixed in my new home at no cost to me. I felt comfortable asking Frank about anything and everything and when he needed clarification, he would go to members of your team and call me right back with the answer. I felt totally comfortable with letting the closing occur without my being there because of Frank's service.
